Sara Alvarado

Since I was very young I have really liked cooking and learning new recipes. I am 68 years old. I was a lacto-vegetarian for more than 30 years and currently I have 8 Vegan. I promote veganism through talks, supporting rescue and adoption programs for animals, and giving cooking workshops. I have given myself the task of veganizing many dishes and my specialty is Mexican cuisine and I also cook: Hindu, international and Raw.
