4 qty of potatoes, washed and sliced (don’t remove the skin)

4 qty of roughly chopped fresh tomatoes

1 qty of chopped sweet yucatecan chili pepper (You can replace it with green bell pepper)

1 qty of x’catic chili pepper (You can replace it with Italian pepper) roasted on fire

1 qty of Half white onion, finely chopped

1 tsp of salt, pepper and oregano to taste

1 cup of sour orange juice

1 cup of ½ cup of canned or frozen peas

2 tbsp of oil or lard for frying

1 qty of tomatoe and the remain onion, both slices (extra)
