1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 pc onion, peeled and sliced thinly
2 pcs bay leaves
1/2 tsp of peppercorns, cracked

1 tbsp of canola oil
1 small red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and sliced into strips
1 cup of water
1 lbs of beef liver, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 cup of frozen green peas, thawed
