This delicious dinner idea comes together quickly and easily thanks to a prebaked pizza dough and chilled barbecued pork. When cut into bite-sized pieces, it also makes an excellent last-minute appetizer!

1 qty of prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 qty of carton (16 ounces) refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded pork
1 qty of can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
0.25 cup of cup chopped red onion
2 cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
