8 qty of ounces napa cabbage leaves (4 to 5 leaves), washed, pat dried, with a few slits at the bottom so they lay flat
1 tsp of vegetable oil for cooking
1 cup of stock (vegetable stock, anchovy-kelp stock, or chicken broth)

2.5 cup of all purpose-flour

2 tbsp of soy sauce
0.5 tsp of gochu-garu (Korean hot pepper flakes)
