Today's dish includes Korean rice cakes, Korean fish cakes, Korean soup stock / dashi stock, and gochujang (Korean chili sauce) among other ingredients! It's very tasty, umami-rich, and incredibly addicting! So much so that even if your stomach is full, you'll have space for these spicy rice cakes!

1 lbs of cylinder shaped rice cake, bought or homemade. (Use a little more if you’re not adding hard boiled eggs and fish cakes)

4 cup of of water

7 qty of large size dried anchovies, with heads and intestines removed

5 qty of inch dried kelp

0.5 tbsp of hot pepper paste

1 tbsp of sugar

1 tbsp of hot pepper flakes

3 qty of green onions, cut into 3 inch long pieces

2 qty of hard boiled eggs, shelled (optional)

1 lbs of fish cakes (optional)
