3 lbs of sliced oxtail

1.5 lbs of Korean radish (or daikon), peeled and cut in half lengthwise, if you use daikon, you don’t have to cut in half lengthwise

4 qty of garlic cloves, minced

1 qty of garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of gochu-garu (Korean hot pepper flakes)

1 qty of toasted sesame oil

1 qty of daepa (large green onion), or 4 to 6 green onions, chopped kosher salt
