I didn't trust buying sushi, but I needed it, so I had no choice but to make it myself. It was simple to make and delightful to eat. I started experimenting and discovered that quinoa, my second yearning, worked incredibly well as a rice substitute and added a nice spike of goodness. For all sushi enthusiasts, this is a must-try.
