Thai cuisine

Thai food is incomplete without curries. Curries come in a variety of colors, fragrances, and tastes, but they all follow certain fundamental principles and rely on key ingredients to produce the typical depth of flavor. Green curry is rich, creamy, satisfying, and colorful. Among the red, yellow, and green options, the latter is one of the most well-known and sought-after dishes—beaver.
