Fried ribs are a delicious way to prepare pork and beef ribs. Frying pig ribs is a less frequent technique of cooking ribs than braising, smoking, or grilling, but it's popular in Thailand, because the ribs come together fast without the need for precooking or baking. The ribs are coated in a spicy cilantro marinade, and seasoned flour is all that's needed before they go into the oil.
