1.25 cup of vegetable stock or mock chicken stock

1 qty of large egg

0.25 cup of grated carrot

0.5 cup of frozen peas

1 cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or canned and drained

0.25 cup of currants or raisins

0.5 cup of unsalted roasted whole cashews

0.33 cup of fresh cilantro leaves

3 qty of scallions, finely chopped
