Another wonderful way of cooking eggplant – delicious, taste like mousaka, less calories, less trouble!

Ingredients

6 qty of Medium-sized eggplant flasks, cut vertically in half and well salted
0.60 kgs of Minced meat
1 qty of Large onion, finely chopped
2 qty of Cloves small garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp of Chopped parsley
150 ml of Red wine
250 ml of Peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 qty of Cinnamon stick
150 ml of Olive oil
3 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Pepper
6 tbsp of Butter
8 tbsp of Flour
0.65 kgs of Milk
2 qty of Egg yolks
2 tsp of Grated nutmeg
0.50 kgs of Grated kefalotyri cheese
