Swedish Cuisine

This recipe has falukorv (a type of smoked sausage) from Sweden, chopped tomatoes, a dollop of tomato puree, and a pinch of chili. It's finest served over a pile of steaming, fluffy rice, and a swirl of single cream at the end adds velvety richness. It's a one-of-a-kind meal prepared from commonplace components. It's also quite easy to prepare, making it a wonderful weeknight dish.
