Swedish Cuisine

This porky Swedish favorite is familiar to anybody who has visited Ikea. Ideally, you should seek for the traditional version – "meatballs just as Mom used to cook" or "home-made" – which necessitates a trip to Sweden. The recipe differs from one location to the next. Its side dishes, which include macaroni or mashed potatoes, cream sauce, and lingonberries, are just as tasty as the main course.
