Roasted chicken packed with unbelievable flavours, crispy skin, and so juicy!

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and refrigerate it for 2 hours. Steam the chicken for 10-15 minutes. Once the meat starts to separate from the chicken's bone it's done. In a separate deep saucepan, fry the chicken until golden brown. Enjoy a hot chicken roast with family and friends.
