These quick and easy fish cakes are fun appetizers or main courses made with your favorite fish.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well combined. Form a ball with your hand and then flatten it into a patty. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until shimmering then put the patties in the frying pan and fry them until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully flip over and cook the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve the kebabs with mayonnaise.
