Prepare Sauce: In bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, black pepper crushed, white pepper powder, and mix well & set aside.
In a mixing bowl put the chicken boneless cubes, cornflour, and garlic powder, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. Take a cooking wok, add oil and marinated chicken, cook for 5 -7 minutes or until chicken turns golden brown, and set aside. Stir-fry onion, bell pepper, capsicum in remaining oil for 1-2 minutes and set aside. Now put garlic crushed, prepared sauce, chicken stock, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add fried chicken, stir-fried vegetables, green onion, salt, and mix well Serve with rice.
