This is a an amazing Mexican dish. It is served with salsa verde and pan seared steak with crispy herbs. This dish is full of natural herbs which slows down cholesterol absorption in blood. The lentils are rich in good proteins which pose an additional beneficial effect on reducing cholesterol levels.
