100 gms of streaky smoked bacon , cut into slices

500 gms of pork rib

1 chorizo cooking sausages

500 gms of pork shoulder, cut into 5cm cubes

3 onions, chopped

1 pinch of chili flakes

2 bay leaves

2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
