Step 1 Fry pork belly in hot oil until brown and crispy. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 Using the same pan, saute onions, ginger, garlic. Add tomatoes and continue sautéing until soft. Then Add shrimp paste. Mix well.

Step 3 Add squash, water and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.

Step 4 Add sitaw, ampalaya, eggplants and okra. Mix and cover. Let cook for another 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
