Pinakbet or pakbet is a popular vegetable dish in the Philippines which originated in Ilocos Region, the word pinakbet is derived from the Ilocano word pinakebbet, meaning “shrunk” or “shrivelled”.

250 gms of sitaw, cut into 2 inch pieces

75 gms of ampalaya, sliced thinly

400 gms of eggplant, sliced

6-8 pcs okra,sliced
