Pinangat na Sapsap also known as Pony Fish is one of the easiest way on how to cook this kind of fish. You can use kamias or sinigang mix but I prefer cooking it with tomatoes. Simple and healthy.

8 pcs sapsap, cleaned
250 gms of sitaw, cut into 3 inch lengths
70 gms of onions, halved
75 gms of tomatoes, halved
750 ml of water
8 gms of kangkong tops
