Pork Steak is a Filipino pork dish wherein pork chops are marinated and cooked in soy sauce and lemon with onions. This is a delicious dish best served with rice. It can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner any day of the week.

15 gms of calamansi, juiced
30 gms of soy sauce
30 gms of canola oil
20 gms of garlic, chopped
1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
240 ml of water
1 pinch ground pepper
30 gms of white onion, sliced into rings
1 Optional: Serve with steamed or sauteed kale, spinach or broccoli rabe on the side
