Possessing a unique delicious taste, iced milk coffee is an indispensable drink for many Vietnamese people every morning. The way to make iced milk coffee is also simple so that you can do it yourself at home instead of going to the store.

Vietnamese coffee

Put 25g of ground coffee powder into the filter. Then, you shake gently to spread the coffee evenly, then pour boiling water into the coffee filter to fill ½ of the coffee filter, incubate for about 10 minutes for the water to infuse and the coffee to bloom evenly.  This step will help the coffee extract its juice better.

You put 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk in a glass. You can increase or decrease the amount of milk to suit your taste.

Place the coffee filter on the glass with milk. Then, you just need to wait for the coffee to extract all the juice, then lift the coffee filter down.  Finally, stir until the condensed milk melts, the coffee cools, then fill the glass with ice cubes and enjoy.
