The Story

Take a thawed steak, mash it well. Give him a "massage", straighten the tendons, fat and muscle fibers. Literally 1 minute. For one steak weighing 200 - 250 grams, we take 0.5 teaspoon coarse chili pepper, salt on the tip of a knife and a teaspoon of coriander. Thoroughly coat the steak with the spice mixture.
