Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing each yolk in an individual small bowl.


In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This can be done with a hand mixer or by hand with a whisk.


Spoon the whipped egg whites onto the prepared baking sheet, creating cloud-like mounds. Make a well in the center of each mound to hold the yolk.


Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 3 minutes, or until the egg whites are lightly golden.


Gently place a yolk in the well of each cloud. Season with salt and pepper.
