2 eggs, lightly beaten
150 gr peeled shrimp
5 sliced beef meatballs
5 sliced fish meatballs
500 gr of white rice
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons of fried shallots for garnish
3 tablespoons of cooking oil for sautéing
1 teaspoon of toasted shrimp paste
3 large red chilies
3 curly red chilies
2 cloves of garlic
6 shallots
3 fried eggs

Step

Blend the shrimp paste, large red chilies, curly red chilies, garlic, and shallots using a chopper until smooth

Step

Heat the oil. Sauté the blended spices until fragrant. Push them to the side of the pan. Add the eggs and stir until they form small curds

Add the shredded chicken, shrimp, and meatballs. Stir well. Add the white rice and mix thoroughly. Pour in the sweet soy sauce, salt, and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined and fully cooked

Add the sliced scallion and mix well. Serve with fried eggs and a sprinkle of fried shallots
