Clean the pork belly thoroughly, ensuring it’s free of any residual hairs. Rinse it under cold water and pat it dry. Generously rub the pork belly with salt, paying special attention to the rind to ensure it crisps beautifully during cooking. Apply your favorite pork spices liberally over the pork belly, ensuring that it is well-coated and infused with flavor.


Wrap the seasoned pork belly tightly in cling film or place it in a sealed container. Allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator, letting the spices permeate the meat for enhanced flavor.


Remove the pork belly from the refrigerator, allowing it to adjust to room temperature over approximately 30 minutes. Carefully score the rind in a cross-hatch pattern, ensuring not to cut too deeply into the meat.


Wrap the pork belly securely in aluminum foil, ensuring all sides, including the rind, are well covered. Add 2 cups of water. Set the Ninja Foodi to 'Pressure Cook', selecting high pressure. Secure the lid, set the valve to 'seal', and cook for 35 minutes.


After the cooking time is completed, perform a quick release by turning the valve to 'vent', releasing all the steam before opening the lid.


Unwrap the pork belly, exposing the rind. Set the Ninja Foodi to 'Steam Air Fry', adjusting the temperature to 200°C (392°F). Cook for about 15 minutes or until the rind is crispy and has a rich golden-brown color.
