This customizable bowl combines a rich, umami-packed broth with noodles, vegetables, and optional protein for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp chili paste (optional)
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
2 soft-boiled eggs
Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

Step
Heat sesame oil in a pot. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
