Salmon steak is a gourmet dish that is prepared from fresh salmon and has a unique taste.
You will need:
0.5 kg fresh salmon steaks (2 pcs)
0.5 kg fresh asparagus
sprig of rosemary
red and black ground pepper
salt, balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil
Prepare the steaks, wash and dry them.
Mix pepper, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt in a bowl, finely chop the rosemary and add to the mixture, squeeze half a lemon there. Rub this mixture over the steaks and set aside for 5 minutes.

Rinse the asparagus and throw into boiling salted water, let it boil for 5 minutes and drain the water, put the asparagus in a plate
Heat up a frying pan, pour olive oil into it and put your salmon steaks in. Fry on each side for 2 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan.
Put your cooked asparagus in the same pan and fry it in olive oil for 3 minutes. This will be an excellent side dish for your salmon.
