Salmon steak with asparagus

Salmon steak is a gourmet dish that is prepared from fresh salmon and has a unique taste. You will need: 0.5 kg fresh salmon steaks (2 pcs) 0.5 kg fresh asparagus lemon sprig of rosemary red and black ground pepper salt, balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil

The Story

Prepare the steaks, wash and dry them. Mix pepper, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt in a bowl, finely chop the rosemary and add to the mixture, squeeze half a lemon there. Rub this mixture over the steaks and set aside for 5 minutes.

Rinse the asparagus and throw into boiling salted water, let it boil for 5 minutes and drain the water, put the asparagus in a plate


Heat up a frying pan, pour olive oil into it and put your salmon steaks in. Fry on each side for 2 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan.


Put your cooked asparagus in the same pan and fry it in olive oil for 3 minutes. This will be an excellent side dish for your salmon.

Tips for this recipe

If you don’t like asparagus or can’t afford it, just enjoy steaks! Boiled rice, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables are perfect for them.
