Strawberry Confiture

Sort and wash strawberries. Pour 0.5 kg of sugar, mix and put on a slow fire. When the strawberries give juice, pour 1 sachet (10 grams) of pectin, stirring constantly, let it boil. During the boil, remove the foam. After 10 minutes of boiling, pour the strawberry confiture into clean jars and tightly twist the lids. Your confiture is ready. Can be stored in a dark, cool place all winter.

If you have very large strawberries, you can cut them. If your strawberries are not juicing, you can add 1 cup of water.
