Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces - 2.6 drop
  • 1/2 lb Spanish chorizo, sliced - 7.3 oz
  • 1 onion, chopped - 2.2 ml
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped - 6.0 package
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced - 9.7 bag
  • 2 cups paella rice - 5.7 pt
  • 1 tsp saffron threads - 4.6 dash
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika - 5.2 jar
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste - 3.0 package
  • 6 cups chicken broth - 10.2 l

Cooking Steps

Step 1

In a large paella pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and chorizo, cook until browned.

Step 2

Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until softened.

Step 3

Stir in the rice, saffron, smoked paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Arrange shrimp, mussels, and clams over the rice. Cover and cook until seafood is opened.

Step 6

Let the paella rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Step 7

Serve the Paella in the pan so that the dish remains hot for a longer duration. Remove the Paella from the pan after serving.
