  • avocado - 1.0 whole
  • eggs - 2.0 pcs
  • Salt - 1.0 to taste
  • pepper - 1.0 to taste
  • Butter - 1.0 tbsp

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado until it reaches your desired consistency. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

In a non-stick skillet, melt a small amount of butter or add a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your preferred doneness (fried, scrambled, or sunny-side-up). Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper while cooking.

Step 4

Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.

Step 5

Toast the bread slices until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

Step 6

Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of toasted bread.

Step 7

Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado.

Step 8

Close the sandwich with the other slice of toasted bread.

Step 9

Press the sandwich gently together.

Step 10

If desired, you can slice the sandwich diagonally into halves or quarters for easier eating.
