Ingredients

  • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped - 8.4 mg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter - 9.1 qt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 2.2 to taste
  • 4 large egg yolks - 7.4 quarter
  • 6 large egg whites - 10.4 mg
  • Pinch of salt - 6.1 pt
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting - 9.9 can

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and sugar a 6-cup soufflé dish.

Step 2

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
