  • potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks - 2.0 lb
  • heavy cream - 0.5 cup
  • milk - 0.5 cup
  • unsalted butter, softened - 0.5 cup
  • Salt and pepper - 1.0 to taste

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks and rinse them in cold water.
