Preheat your Ninja Foodi or similar multi-cooker using the bake function at 170 C (340 F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and eggs. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Add the ricotta cheese and Greek yogurt to the sugar and egg mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
Prepare a cake pan that fits inside the Ninja Foodi and lightly grease it.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan, spreading it evenly.
Place the cake pan into the preheated Ninja Foodi and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until the dessert is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once done, remove the dessert from the Ninja Foodi and allow it to cool slightly.
Serve and enjoy this delicious ricotta cheese dessert with a touch of sweetness from sugar and the delightful burst of blueberries! ????
