Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Divide the lamb mixture into 4 equal portions.
Wet your hands and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like shape around a skewer.
Grill the kebabs for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Serve hot with your choice of sides.
