Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast - 1.0 whole
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - as needed
  • bread - 2.0 pcs
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - as needed
  • Caesar dressing - as needed
  • Parmesan cheese - as needed

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken breast to prevent sticking on the grill.

Step 4

Grill the chicken breast for approximately 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

Step 5

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Step 6

Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.

Step 7

Lay out the slices of bread on a clean work surface.

Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on one or both slices of bread, according to your preference.

Layer the romaine lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.
