Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
In a third shallow bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to coat evenly.
Place the coated chicken nuggets on a greased baking sheet and spray them with cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuggets are golden brown and crispy.
