These Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with a combination of warm spices, sweet flavors, and gooey chocolate chips, making the perfect treat for the holiday season. They are easy to make and can be customized to suit your preferences.

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour - 1.5 cup
  • baking powder - 1.0 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1.0 tsp
  • ground ginger - 0.5 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 0.5 tsp
  • ground cloves - 0.5 tsp
  • unsalted butter, softened - 0.8 cup
  • granulated sugar - 1.0 cup
  • egg - 1.0 pcs

Cooking Steps

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
