Ingredients

  • baguette, cut in half lengthwise - 1.0 whole
  • unsalted butter, softened - 0.5 cup
  • garlic, minced - 4.0 pcs
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped - 2.0 tbsp
  • Salt - 1.0 to taste
  • Black pepper - 1.0 to taste
  • shredded mozzarella or a blend of your favorite cheeses - 1.0 cup

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
