Ingredients

  • medium-sized potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges - 4.0 pcs
  • olive oil - 2.0 tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1.0 tsp
  • onion powder - 1.0 tsp
  • smoked paprika - 1.0 tsp
  • dried thyme - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt and black pepper - 1.0 to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish - 1.0 as needed

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
