  • plain yogurt - 1.0 cup
  • milk - 0.5 cup
  • honey or sugar - 2.0 tbsp
  • ground cardamom - 1.0 pinch
  • ice cubes - 1.0 as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves - 1.0 as needed
