Ingredients

  • yellow cornmeal - 1.0 cup
  • all-purpose flour - 1.0 cup
  • baking powder - 1.0 tbsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 0.7 cup
  • unsalted butter, melted - 0.5 cup
  • whole milk - 1.0 cup
  • large eggs - 2.0 pcs

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
