
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped Thai chilies (or red pepper flakes) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add ground chicken to the wok and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and coated the chicken evenly.
Add the fresh Thai basil leaves to the wok and stir-fry until they wilt, about 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and serve immediately over jasmine rice.
Garnish with a fried egg (optional) and extra chili slices, if desired.
