Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your pizza dough packaging (usually around 450 F or 230 C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
To create the stuffed crust, place the shredded mozzarella cheese around the edge of the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of dough uncovered.
Fold the uncovered dough over the cheese, pressing and sealing it to form a stuffed crust.
Brush olive oil over the entire surface of the crust.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, excluding the stuffed crust.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the cheese.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the dough package instructions or until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
Slice into 8 wedges and serve hot.
