Rinse grape leaves, trim stems, and separate them.
Mix rice, parsley, mint, onion, garlic, spices, olive oil, lemon juice.
Place a grape leaf, add filling, fold sides, roll tightly.
Arrange dolmas seam-side down in a pot. Squeeze lemon juice, drizzle olive oil, add vegetable broth.
Place a plate or lid over dolmas, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-40 mins.
Let dolmas cool in the pot. Serve at room temperature with optional yogurt or tahini sauce. Enjoy!
