
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts; cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let the sauce thicken for 5 minutes.
Return chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the chicken and simmer for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot over pasta or polenta.
