Ingredients

  • tortilla wraps - 4.0 pcs
  • lettuce - 2.0 cup
  • bell peppers - 1.0 cup
  • carrots - 1.0 cup
  • cucumber - 1.0 cup
  • avocado - 1.0 whole
  • fresh cilantro leaves - 0.5 cup
  • lemon juice - 1.0 whole
  • olive oil - 2.0 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper - 1.0 to taste

Cooking Steps

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Step 2

Lay out the tortilla wraps on a clean surface.

Step 3

Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the wraps, placing it in the center of each one.

Step 4
