Ingredients

  • bread - 2.0 pcs
  • Hummus or your favorite spread - 1.0 to taste
  • avocado - 0.5 whole
  • cucumber - 0.3 whole
  • bell pepper - 0.3 whole
  • carrot - 1.0 whole
  • spinach or lettuce leaves - 1.0 to taste
  • sprouts or microgreens - 1.0 to taste
  • cheese - 3.0 pcs
  • Salt and pepper - 1.0 to taste

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Lay out the slices of bread on a clean work surface.

Step 2

Spread a generous layer of hummus or your preferred spread on one or both slices of bread, depending on your preference.

Step 3

On one slice of bread, layer the avocado slices, cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, and shredded carrot.

Step 4

Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
