Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta - 3.6 pinch
  • 1 cucumber, diced - 2.0 cm

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved - 8.1 l

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Cook the orzo pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo pasta, diced cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and Kalamata olives.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

Pour the dressing over the orzo pasta and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.

Crumble the feta cheese over the salad. Stir gently to distribute evenly.
